Additional penalties for violations of the Terms of Use of this agreement may include but are not limited to, providing information to authorities (for images of child pornography or child abuse) and civil penalties.

Discounts and Promotional Codes

All discounts or promotional codes must be entered at the time of purchase (on the shopping cart page) for the discount/promotion to be applied. Retroactive requests for discounts or promotions will not be granted.

Other Terms

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. The Male Form by CP reserves the right to make changes to this Web site, this Agreement, and the other information contained in this Web site at any time and without notice. Please refer to these Terms of Use when you visit the site as they may change from time to time. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and The Male Form by CP with respect to the use of this site and any The Male Form by CP services. The Male Form by CP’s failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision or of any other rights or provisions in these Terms of Use. If a court should find that one or more rights or provisions set forth in these Terms of Use are invalid, you agree that the remainder of the Terms of Use shall be enforceable and that the invalid provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. You agree that you are at least 18 years of age or older, and within the age of maturity in your location to view mature content.

Recurring Membership Plans

The Male Form By CP website offers three (3) recurring membership plan options:

VIP+ (1 Month) $40/per month
VIP+ (2 Months) $70/per 2 months
VIP+ (6 Months) $170/per 6 months

All membership plans are set to auto-renew and must be canceled before the next billing cycle to stop recurring payments.

All membership plans allow single-user access to all posts and content. New content is released daily, and past content access is up to 30 days prior.

Auto-renewal subscriptions

Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. Free trial subscriptions are not set to auto-renew by default. Subscriptions may not auto-renew if:

• Your credit card was declined
• If the subscription price has increased
• Auto-renew was disabled by you.

Please review your account, make sure you have a valid credit card added and try to subscribe again.

Cancel a Subscription

• Turning off auto-renew prevents you from being billed the following month if you no longer wish to subscribe.
• You can turn off auto-renew for a subscription at any time. You will still be billed for the full subscription, and you will have access to the Creator’s profile until the end of the subscription.
• Visit your “Following” page to see all of your active and inactive subscriptions. You can unsubscribe if you would like to hide that Creator’s posts from your Feed (unsubscribing does not refund your purchase).
• You will be able to Follow that profile again during the Subscription period without being re-billed.

Chargebacks / Credit Card Disputes

If a User seeks a chargeback or dispute from their credit card company, the User’s access to themaleformbycp.com may be discontinued or limited. If you believe your account has been limited in error, please contact support.
